    组织此次国际外包投资考察团中国之行的目的，一方面是为国际外包投资商或发包商提供更好的商业洽谈平台和项目投资机会，为他们开拓中国市场和开展业务合作提供方便；另一方面在于汇集国际外包资源和智慧，为中国服务外包产业的发展创造条件。

The development of China economy has faced the serious challenge when the Wall Street Financial Crisis is triggering a global potential financial crisis and the situation is getting worse. Facing to the opportunity and challenge, the question is how to deal with by China Service Outsourcing Industry?

Beijing Great-Idea Business Resources Company has taken the lead in pioneering China’s service outsourcing in the post-Olympic era, following its successful organization of the first China Trip of the European-American Outsourcing Investment Exploratory delegation in December 2007, the second China Trip of the International Outsourcing Investment Exploratory Delegation in April 2008 and the third in September 2008, planned and organized the fourth Trip of the Delegation to China.

The purpose of this trip is, on the one hand, to offer better platforms for commercial negotiations and more chances for project investment for international outsourcing investors or outsourcers so as to facilitate their exploration of Chinese market and expansion of business cooperation; on the other hand, to pool international outsourcing resources and wisdom so as to create opportunities for the development of China service outsourcing industry.
